Clothes Show Live

Miss Ibrahim and Miss Walmsley took a group of Academy students to the Clothes Show on Saturday. The Clothes Show in association with Alcatel is a one stop destination for all things fashion and beauty. The line-up of brands, boutiques, fashion experts including universities and colleges offering higher level qualifications to enter into the industry, catwalks shows and live performances were more unique than ever before.

Each ticket gave the students all day access to over 350 pop-up fashion and beauty boutiques, inside expert trend reports, exclusive style advice and non-stop runway shows..

This year’s Alcatel Fashion Theatre named 'Rock The Runway' will brought together fashion, music and dance with over 40 international models and dancers alongside the newly discovered artists as part of The Clothes Show Discovers search; Daecolm and Charlotte OC. Trend presentations from high street favourites, complied by ITV’s fashion presenter, Mark Heyes, will offered students an insight into AW16 must haves plus a host of well know faces appeared in the theatre.

With a long coach journey to Birmingham NEC and home gave the students plenty of time to make sure they knew which stands they wanted to visit and on the way home time to chat over experiences and show off any bargains they had found.

A very foot sore and sleepy coach of young people arrived back in Bolton after a totally amazing day.
