Our recent all Academy Open Evening proved to be a very busy event with parents/carers and lots of young people visiting us. All our visitors were able to see the Academy in action visiting the nursery then into the primary school, onto secondary and finally into Sixth Form or, just visit the area they were particularly interested in. Everyone was encouraged to pick up a Trail Card and collect stickers at certain points throughout the Academy for the chance to win a prize.

Visitors visiting all areas could see how we deliver -  ‘a life of learning and opportunity’ for students aged 3 to 19 and had the opportunity to chat to staff and current students who had been keen to stay and help on the evening.

Parents/carers and young people could see in action why -

  • Our early years offer has been rated as ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted.
  • Our primary school was again oversubscribed for this year.
  • Our secondary school year 7 was oversubscribed for entry this September.
  • Our Sixth Form has been rated as ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted.

If you were unable to attend please call us on 01204 332533 or email us at contact@boltonstcatherinesacademy.org.uk to arrange a visit or help us to help you secure a place at the Academy for September 2017.
