Primary and Anti-Bullying Week

This week is Anti-Bullying Week! Anti-bullying Week 2018.gif

We will be taking the opportunity to raise awareness of this with each class and to remind our children of how we can be good friends. You can choose how you are going to do this.

Each class will deliver a variety of tasks to raise awareness in a meaningful way! Here are some examples:

Tuesday - World Kindness Day

We will be encouraging children to pass on a smile! And share a lovely poem will be read to the children and discussed as a class.

Wednesday - Assembly

The class assembly will have an anti-bullying focus along with books Key Stage 1 Teachers with their classes.

 

Thursday - ‘Wear Blue Day’ for Bullying UK Bullying UK 2018.png

This is to show our support to the anti-bullying cause. Children and staff will be encouraged to attend school on this day wearing anything blue to help us raise awareness of bullying and its impact on our young children.

 

Poster Competition

Children can complete at an anti-bullying poster at home or in class and will be displayed around school.
