Change Password System
Forgotten your username and/or password?
Step 1. Contact BSCA and a member of staff will reset the password
- Telephone between 8am and 3pm – 01204 332533 or directly your child’s Year Leader directly.
- Email – contact@boltonstcatherinesacademy.org.uk or directly your child’s Year Leader directly.
Step 2. Once the password is reset by BSCA, click on the link below - https://mail.boltonstcatherinesacademy.org.uk/
Step 3. The sign in box will appear, and you need to type in your username i.e. hrpotter19 and your new reset password.
Step 4. Once signed in, another window will appear asking you to Choose your own password. Please try to select something that you will remember.
Password must meet the following requirements:
Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
Be at least (7) seven characters in length.
Contain characters from three of the following four categories:]
o English uppercase characters (A through Z)
o English lowercase characters (a through z)
o Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
o Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

- Username is: bla/username
(Username = the first part of your email address - username@boltonstcatherinesacademy.org.uk i.e. if email address is ebennett22@boltonstcatherinesacademy.org.uk, then the username is ebennett22.)
