Results day for Year 11

We are very proud of all the hard work the students and staff at Bolton St Catherine’s Academy have put in to produce a set of results that show improvements in the amount of progress the students make whilst here at the Academy.

Whilst we have maintained our score using the old measure of 5 A*-C, we have shown improvement in the newer scores which measure how well the students have done compared to other students with similar starting points in other schools. Principal Lee Harris said, “These results should give our students the confidence to go on to bigger and better things, be that at our own successful Sixth Form, or in further education or training elsewhere.”
