After the recent Food Hygiene Inspection we are very proud to announce we have been awarded the top Rating of 5 (Very Good).

Our Bolton St Catherine's Academy Catering and Hospitality Team led by our Executive Chef Mr Rob Alcock consistently provide the highest possible standards on a daily basis storing, preparing, cooking and serving food. This means everyone can rely on the best possible experience when dining at the Academy.

Everyone working as part of the team is qualified to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Standards and three members of the team are qualified industry trainers. We offer our training services to you and your company either on site at the Academy or maybe even at your workplace, depending on numbers.
