Ice Hockey Course

Many months ago Miss Walmsley took up a new hobby, which to most people may seem rather different, although if you live somewhere like Canada it’s a massive sport. Yes, Ice Hockey!

She started just going along and then got all her kit and was off to Altrincham Silver Blades Ice Rink as often as she could squeeze in between planning and marking her lessons. As she improved and got to know the staff at the rink the staff made a wonderful offer – a ‘Free Ice Hockey Course’, 6 weeks of students lessons with free kit and skates provided.

The first lesson was a total success and everyone is looking forward to the next five Thursdays …….
