Christmas Dinner 2016

 With 100 kilos turkey roasted, 170 kilos potatoes, peeled and roasted, 50 kilos potatoes, boiled and mashed, 140 kilos carrot and swede, mashed along with plenty stuffing, pigs in blankets, a lentil and nut roast, loads mini trifles and chocolate fudge cake lunch service was ready to go.

The Christmas Elf and her team handed out Christmas hats, covered tables with bright red cloths and made sure there were drinks galore available.

Yes! Today was the day the BSCA Christmas Dinner for all students and staff from 11.35am through to 1.20pm the restaurant was alive with Christmas hats and lots Christmas giggles. Mr Watson, Mr Hill, Mr Harris, Mr Senior and Miss Parry all took turns with the kitchen staff to serve lunch under the watchful eye of the catering team.

Greg and Dan our chefs stood with broad grins watching as everyone collected their lunch and they enjoyed the compliments as the students left the lunch tables.

A huge thanks to Mr Alcock – our Executive Chef, Ms Rushton – our Manger and all the team (Greg, Dan, Ryan, Donna, Christine, Lisa, Chris, Paula, Sarah, Claire, Teresa and Clive). We all loved our lunch and are looking forward to our next Christmas lunch !!!!
