Dave Kelly Cup for Goalball – Years 5 and 6
The competition was very well supported with seven teams from 4 schools participating – BSCA A and B, Ss Osmund and Andrew A and B, Moorgate and St Stephens all Martyrs- Moorgate being the only school with 1 team.
Despite being runners –up in their respective groups both Ss Osmund and Andrews teams made it through to the final. Ss Osmund and Andrew A beat Moorgate 4-0 and St Osmund and Andrew B beat BSCA B 4-2 in the semi-finals Before the final Moorgate and BSCA B played out a 2-2 draw to share 3rd place
The final was a very close affair and was only settled in the last minutes of the game with a goal from Ss Osmund and Andrew B to win 5-4.
