“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” CYS 6.jpgRomans 12:2

Here at BSCA, we send out an email each week to every staff member with a ‘thought for the week’, followed with a ‘challenge for the week’. We all knCYS 7.jpgow that in this fast paced, busy world, it can be easy to focus solely on what we do, and neglect who we are. We understand that what we do is healthier when we ourselves are healthy, and that all starts with the way we think. The bible explains to us in the verse above that we are constantly transformed by the renewing of our mind, and therefore we want to make space each week to do just that.

We want each ‘thought’ to be accompanied with real relevance and application, and we do this by giving a practical challenge each week. Some week’s there may be a personal reflective challenge, but other weeks there may be things for us to do within our staff team, or to support one of our chosen charities in a particular way. All of them echo our school Christian values and help to put legs on our wider vision for the school.
